Volunteer and Paid Positions Available at the Milk House
We’ll be serving up fun, flavored milk at the Milk House and every dollar raised will be reinvested in the Wisconsin State Fair. It takes a committed team of paid staff and volunteers to run this beloved State Fair institution. For community groups of eight or more, we offer volunteer stipends so that your group can use the opportunity for team building and fundraising. Volunteer Opportunities:
If you are an individual who needs service hours, we have a fun opportunity for you! Or, if you are a sports team, school club or any community organization that can provide a group of eight or more, we can reward your organization with a $300 service stipend.
Operations coordinators:
You will play an integral and physical role, stocking the milk and shaping the morale and efficiency of the Milk House operation. Perfect opportunity for strong high school and college students and anyone over 16 years old with a great attitude and driver’s license (must be able to drive a golf cart). Cashiers:
Are you interested in a fast-paced job running a cash register? Whether you’re looking to expand your resume or if it’s your first job, this is a great opportunity to learn new skills while having fun. We will provide all training and encourage anyone with a great attitude and big smile (16 years and older) who is interested in running a cash register/Square system to apply:
Blue Ribbon Brownie BAKERS:
We are looking for a small team to help us bake the famous Blue Ribbon Brownies in a kitchen off site from the Fair in Greenfield. We are looking for assistance from 2 p.m. to roughly 8 p.m. on the following days: Tuesday, July 30; Saturday, August 3 and Tuesday, August 6.
