Your golf registration includes the following benefits for each golfer:  two tickets to the 2026 Wisconsin State Fair; vouchers for fun at the Fair; all-day cookout from Bunzel’s and dinner reception featuring favorites from Saz’s.

• Activation Sponsor – If you would like to sample a product, promote a service, set up a tent at your hole. Includes foursome! ($1,500)  
• Hole Sponsor – Includes a sign at the hole showing your support of the Foundation. Includes foursome! ($1,250)
• Foursome ($1,000)
• Reception Only ($100)

Please note: You do NOT need to include foursome names at time of registration.  You will be contacted through email in May for names.
